Two people are in critical condition and two others are injured following a shooting at a home in Toronto’s Bridle Path neighbourhood, police say.
It happened at a residence on Hyde Park Circle, near Bayview and Lawrence avenues, at around 3:45 a.m.
In a post on social media, police said three people were reportedly shot inside the home. A fourth victim is also being treated in hospital.
Two of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries, while the other two suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
The ages of the victims have not been released but paramedics previously said they are all adults.
Three suspects fled in an SUV, according to police. No suspect description was provided.

‘It just seems mind-boggling’
Cecil Hawkins, who lives in the neighbourhood and said he was the previous owner of the home next door to the residence where the shooting occurred, called the incident “a terrible shock and tragedy.”
“The current owner of the house is a lovely lady. She is so community-minded, so pleasant, affable, with two daughters,” he said.
“All of these houses have good security so I’m kind of surprised… and actually shooting people in the house, it just seems mind-boggling that they would actually do that.”
