One man suffered life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle in the city’s east end early Thursday morning.
It happened near O’Connor Drive and Coxwell Avenue shortly after 1 a.m.
A 79-year-old man was crossing the street when he was hit by a vehicle.
He suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a trauma centre for treatment, paramedics confirmed.
A collision reconstruction team is now at the scene and road closures remain in place.
The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene.
