A man is recovering after he was stabbed in an unprovoked attack on a TTC bus Tuesday night.

Police say the 22-year-old victim was stabbed by a stranger at about 9:30 p.m. aboard the coach travelling on Bathurst Street, south of Eglinton Avenue.

Following the attack, the bus driver stopped the vehicle and the suspect fled the scene.
