ARTHUR, Ont. - Provincial police say a southern Ontario house was destroyed early this morning in a collision with a tractor-trailer.
Police say the truck crashed into the home about five kilometres east of the village of Arthur just before 2 a.m.
Investigators say it isn't known why the 2007 Kenworth left the road at an intersection and struck the home.
The driver of the truck -- Susan Brown, 46, of Mount Forest, Ont. -- is being treated for non-life threatening injuries at a Fergus, Ont., hospital.
Police say the homeowner was not in the house at the time of the collision.
