A woman in her 30s is facing impaired driving charges after a fiery crash on the Gardiner Expressway early Sunday morning.
Police say the car was travelling in the eastbound lanes when it smashed into a guardrail and caught fire near the Don Valley Parkway ramp.
The woman escaped the burning vehicle with only minor injuries.
She was arrested at the scene and taken to hospital for treatment.
