Police Blotter: Toddler injured by falling TV

Toronto EMS officials say a two-year-old girl was rushed to hospital after a television fell on her Friday morning.

An EMS spokesperson said the child suffered serious injuries in the incident, which occurred at an address near Caledonia Road and Eglinton Avenue West at about 11:15 a.m.

The girl was in serious condition when she was rushed to SickKids via an emergency run. Her injuries are not considered life threatening.
