A man has been charged with numerous counts of sexual assault after police allege he assaulted multiple victims inside his vape store in Burlington over a two-year period.
According to Halton Regional Police, the first victim, who they identified as an adult female, entered Vape on Plains II, located at 1376 Plains Road East, near Brant Street, at an unspecified date.
The suspect, who owned the vape store, then assaulted her while they were alone in the shop together, police allege.
On Sept. 8, police arrested Mouhamad “Frank” Sabra, who was initially charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of failing to comply with a probation order.

The next day, investigators issued a press release, as they believed that additional victims were assaulted.
Following an investigation, police identified three additional victims who allege that Sabra assaulted them inside his store between 2024 and 2026.
Sabra is now facing additional charges as a result.
In total, police charged him with seven counts of sexual assault, two counts of indecent act, and breach of probation.
He was held for a bail hearing. The charges have not been proven in court.
Police said that Sabra also owns another location, Vape on Plains, located at 70 Plains Road West in Burlington.
“Investigators continue to encourage anyone who may have been victimized by the accused to contact the HRPS Child Abuse and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit at 905-825-4777 ext. 8970,” Halton police said in a news release.
