Hundreds of people attended a funeral today for 28-year-old Rosemarie “Kim” Junor, who was fatally stabbed at a downtown drugstore earlier this month in what is believed to be a random attack.

Our Lady of Fatima Church, located on St. Clair Avenue East, was filled to capacity for Junor's 10 a.m. service.

During the emotional farewell, family members remembered the young newlywed as a "glowing" and "vibrant" person.

“She loved life. She never had a bad bone in her body. She never had anything bad to say about anybody,” one mourner told CP24 outside the funeral.

“I’d like to see many people remember her for the kind person she was,” another man said following the service.

Junor was stabbed multiple times inside a Shoppers Drug Mart located beneath Bay and Wellington streets on the afternoon of Dec. 11. Investigators previously said they believe the stabbing was unprovoked and that the victim and suspect did not know one another.

Police arrested 40-year-old Rohinie Bisesar last week in connection with the case and she has been charged with second-degree murder.

The cost of Junor’s funeral was paid for using $32,000 in donations that were raised through a crowdfunding campaign.
