A 70-year-old man has died of his injuries in hospital after getting struck by a vehicle in Richmond Hill Saturday night.
York Regional Police said the victim was walking along Yonge Street near Bond Crescent around 7:15 p.m. when the collision occurred. They are looking for the driver of the vehicle, described only as a dark SUV, who fled the scene.
Yonge Street is closed from Bond Crescent to Old Colony Road while police investigate.
