A man shot to death in Etobicoke last night has been identified by police as a 42-year-old married father of two.

Speaking to CP24 overnight, homicide Det.- Sgt. Joyce Schertzer said police were called to a home in the area of Princess Margaret Boulevard and The Kingsway at around 6 p.m. last night for reports of "unknown trouble." 

When officers arrived, they found a man dead at the scene. He has been identified as Alfredo Patriarca.

The circumstances around the shooting are not clear and investigators are currently reviewing video surveillance footage in the area.
