Queen Street West has reopened east of Spadina Avenue after crews demolished a burned-out building.
The normally-busy stretch of Queen Street was closed for six days after the blaze destroyed a commercial building that housed a Roots store, hair salon and tattoo shop.
The TTC's 501 Queen streetcars are no longer diverting.
Investigators are still looking into the cause of the three-alarm fire.
The Office of the Fire Marshal confirmed an explosion occurred, but investigators don’t know if the explosion occurred before or during the fire.
