THOROLD, Ont. -- Niagara regional police are asking anyone who was at the L8 nightclub in Thorold, Ont., on the night of Sept. 2 or the early morning of Sept. 3 last year to contact them.
Four men and a woman were shot outside the nightclub at 4:45 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2017, and police say they all suffered significant injuries.
Investigators say they have been assisted by nightclub employees, patrons and other witnesses, but say there are many patrons they have not yet spoken to.
They say they would like to speak with everyone who was present at L8 whether they believe they witnessed the shooting or not.
The investigators are also interested in speaking to anyone who took cellphone photos or videos at the club that night.
Police said at the time they were searching for two suspects who fled in a dark coloured sedan.
