Canada's Paul Tracy's will drive this Sunday for KV Racing Technology on the road course at Mid-Ohio.

The 40-year-old Toronto-born driver replaces Mario Moraes, who remains in Brazil with his family after the death of his father.

It will be the sixth race of the year for Tracy, all but one with KV Racing, as he continues to look for a full-time ride.

His best finish this year was sixth in Edmonton last month.

Tracy won at Mid-Ohio in 2003 and has finished on the podium five times at the 13-turn, 2.3 mile course.

KV co-owner Jimmy Vasser says that after talking with Moraes this week, they felt it was best to have Tracy drive the No. 5 Dallara-Honda because he is familiar with the system and pit personnel.
