A car making a left turn was hit by a streetcar at Richmond Street and Spadina Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Three people were in the car at the time of the crash, but no one was injured. The streetcar driver and passengers are said to be fine as well.
Police at the scene say the driver of a silver Ford Taurus tried to make an illegal left turn in front a northbound streetcar, not realizing it has a dedicated lane.
The car has a lot of damage to the front end and a tow truck was brought in to help clear the scene.
There's no information on whether charges will be laid.
