Three suspects are in custody following a police pursuit in connection with a robbery Wednesday morning.
Police were first called for a robbery at a gas station near Browns Line and Lake Shore Boulevard at about 5:20 a.m.
Later, the Emergency Task Force was called before noon when shots were fired near Niagara and Adelaide Streets.
Const. Wendy Drummond says police located the vehicle in the area. The suspects attempted to flee the scene.
Niagara Public School was put into a hold and secure mode while police searched for suspects.
Const. Wendy Drummond says two men and a woman were taken into custody. The school's hold and secure mode has since been lifted.
