TORONTO - It's time to put down the rum and coke. `Trailer Park Boys' is coming to an end next month.

The Canadian mockumentary series - about the misadventures of a group of trailer park residents - will come to an end after seven seasons on Showcase.

Featuring the antics of the foul-mouthed Ricky, cat-loving Bubbles and the scheming Julian - who's rarely seen without a rum and coke - the show wraps up with a special, one-hour finale Dec. 7.

Series creator Mike Clattenburg says he's grateful to the dedicated fans who have made the show a success.

He says a Trailer Park Boys movie, tentatively titled, `Trailer Park Boys - Countdown To Liquor Day' - hits theatres in the fall of 2009.
