One man is facing an aggravated assault charge after the body of a 54-year-old man was found near an Etobicoke park Thursday.
The body was discovered near Park Lawn and Berry roads by a man out walking his dog, police say.
Police say the death is being treated as suspicious.
A 53-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with the case.
A decision on whether to upgrade the charge will be made after an autopsy is concluded and a cause of death is determined, police say.
