Toronto police have charged a man in connection with a midtown sexual assault investigation.
Police allege that a man followed the victim into a men’s washroom located in a building at Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue on June 7.
The man attempted to touch the victim after engaging him in conversation, police said.
A suspect, identified by police as 58-year-old Joao (John) Picacno, is charged with sexual assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 1.
Investigators believe there may be more victims.
