A man has been rushed to hospital with serious head injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the city’s east end.
Toronto Emergency Medical Services say the victim, believed to be in his 30s, was struck in the Kingston and Fallingbrook roads area shortly before 7 p.m.
The vehicle fled the scene after hitting the man, police say.
A description of the vehicle has not been provided by police.
