Four men are facing charges in connection with a stabbing at a nightclub in Markham early Sunday morning.

York Regional Police were called to the club in the Woodbine Avenue and Steelcase Road area shortly before 2:30 a.m.

At the scene, officers found a 36-year-old man suffering from a stab wound. He was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police were able to located and pull over a suspect vehicle with information provided by witnesses who saw the incident unfold.

Four men were arrested as a result.

Richmond Hill residents Rashon Edward Mair, 21, Codi Mawby, 21, and 20-year-old Adven Sivananthan are each charged with one count of aggravated assault and uttering threats.

Nicholas Mastromattei-Lombardi, 19, of Vaughan, is facing two impaired driving-related charges.
