UPDATE: Documents obtained by CP24 show that Guido Di Salle was found not guilty of all charges in June of 2018.
A photographer has been charged with sexual assault after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman during a photo shoot.
Police say that the suspect was conducting a photo shoot with a 21-year-old woman at her home in the River Street and Dundas Street East area at round 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 17.
At some point during that photo shoot, police say that the suspect sexually assaulted the woman.
Guido Di Salle, 37, is charged with one count of sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Jan. 9.
