Toronto police have issued arrest warrants for two Toronto men wanted after a man was shot in broad daylight in the Don Mills area last month.
Police say that on May 15 at 2:55p.m., they were called to Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East for reports that a man suffered a gunshot wound.
Investigators alleged two suspects became involved in a verbal altercation with a man, during which one of the suspects shot him.
The suspects fled the scene in a dark-coloured four-door car before police arrived.
The victim, an adult male, was taken to hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say they are looking for suspects identified as Anton Carnaj, 26, and Aldo Cukali, 44 in relation to this incident.
They are both described as white males. Both were seen wearing jackets and blue jeans on the day of the alleged shooting.
Both are wanted for attempted murder, investigators say. They are considered armed and dangerous.
