Peel Regional Police say they are investigating after a BMW sedan was driven through the front of a grocery store in Brampton on Friday night.
Const. Harinder Sohi said officers were called to the Best Grocery Depot at Sandalwood Parkway West and McLaughlin Road at 9:19 p.m. for a report of a collision.
A male inside the store suffered minor injuries when the vehicle struck the front of the building, police said. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
A woman in her 40s was behind the wheel of the car, Sohi said.
Sohi said police are still investigating what caused the collision.
