Homicide investigators have been called in and two people have been arrested after a 57-year-old man was found without vital signs in his Oshawa home Saturday.

Durham Police were called to the home on Thornton Road North around 4:17 p.m. after someone phoned police about a disturbance.

Officers found the man’s body when they entered the home. Paramedics arrived on scene and tried to revive the man, but were unable to.

Investigators are treating the man’s death as suspicious, police said in a news release. The cause of death is not yet known.

Two males have been arrested in connection with the man’s death, police said.
