A Vaughan man who was last seen July 26 has been found, York Regional Police say.
Thirty-three-year-old Mark Lorenzoni was last seen when he left his residence in the Major Mackenzie Drive and Islington Avenue area at around 8 a.m.
Const. Andy Pattenden said Lorenzoni was found in the City of Toronto on Wednesday afternoon. Lorenzoni was found in good health. He will be reunited with his family soon.
Due to the recent high temperatures, his family and police were concerned for his safety.
Police believe Lorenzoni may have gotten lost while walking, and was unlikely to ask a stranger for directions.
