Peel Regional Police are searching for a suspect vehicle after a shooting in Brampton Tuesday night.
It happened in The Gore Road and Ebenezer Road area a short time ago.
According to police, two people were in a car when the shooting took place. It was not immediately clear how many shots were fired.
An initial tweet from police indicated that two people had been shot. In an update provided shortly before 11 p.m., police said that one person sustained non-life-threatening injuries, while a second person was uninjured.
Police are looking for a white, newer-model Honda last seen heading towards Bovaird Drive.
No further description of possible suspects was provided by police.
Ebenezer Road is currently closed eastbound from The Gore Road as police investigate.
