TORONTO - Toronto police are hoping the public can help them identify a suspect in a sexual assault investigation.

Police say a 15-year-old girl walking in the area of Yonge Street and York Mills Road was approached from behind by a man and pushed to the ground.

The man attempted to sexually assault her, but police say the girl fought off her attacker and he ran away.

The suspect is described as having a dark brown complexion, medium build and balding with short black hair.

The man, who was wearing a black jogging outfit, is believed to be between 25 and 30 years old and about five-foot-10.
