Fire officials are investigating the cause of a blaze near Dundas Avenue West and Runnymede Road early Friday morning.
Toronto Police Service says the fire broke out in an equipment lot that belongs to a roofing company.
Tar trailers caught fire, but the blaze was eventually extinguished by Toronto Fire Services, officials say.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at about 3:45 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
