Every fall Mayor Rob Ford coaches a high school football team in Etobicoke.
It's a shame he can't line up at running back too.
On his way to host a new radio show with his brother Doug Sunday afternoon Ford did his best Emmitt Smith impression, using a quick burst of speed and what looked a lot like a stiff arm to plow through a pack of reporters waiting to question him on public transit.
Within a matter of seconds the mayor was gone and the reporters at the scene were left wondering if the mayor is missing his true calling - NFL superstar.
