Environment Canada has lifted a severe thunderstorm warning that was issued for some communities west of Toronto early Sunday morning.
The warning covered Halton Hills, Milton, Caledon, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph and Orangeville.
For the rest of the day, rain is expected in parts of southern Ontario until the afternoon.
There will be gusty winds and the afternoon high will be about 26 C.
