BRAMPTON, Ont. - A minor acquaintance of a Toronto restaurant owner is facing a charge of first-degree murder in the man's death.

The body of George Koutroubis, 36, was found with obvious signs of trauma in his SUV on Feb. 22 in Brampton, Ont., northwest of Toronto.

Andrew Campbell, 43, from Whitby, Ont., was arrested Friday and is to appear in a Brampton court today where he will be formally charged with first-degree murder.

Two other people -- Meryl Morgan, 40, also from Whitby, and a 17-year-old who can't be named -- are facing a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.

Peel police say it appears that Campbell and Koutroubis were no more than passing acquaintances, but would not provide further details.

Koutroubis mysteriously disappeared days before he was due to go on his honeymoon.
