LOS ANGELES - Officials say a prosecutor and an attorney for Lindsay Lohan are meeting in closed session with the judge handling her probation violation case.

District attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said Wednesday the meeting was occurring.

Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said it might be about Lohan's treatment.

The actress was sentenced to a 90-day rehab stint. Any modification to her stay would have to be approved by a judge.

Lohan remains in an inpatient rehabilitation program after serving 14 days in jail for violating her probation in a 2007 drug case.
