NEW YORK - Justin Bieber has made Time magazine's list of 100 most influential people.
But in a video posted on the magazine's website, the Stratford, Ont.-raised heart-throb says he thinks Charlie Sheen has more sway.
Bieber argues that Sheen picked up a million followers on Twitter in one day, "he has tiger blood and he's always winning."
Others on Time's list include Oprah Winfrey, Chris Colfer from "Glee," and U.S. President Barack Obama.
