It's a new look city hall as Mayor elect-Rob Ford names the new team that will help him lead Toronto.

Ford named Doug Holyday as deputy mayor, along with the chairs of the seven standing policy committee.

Paul Ainslie will chair the government management committee, while Giorgio Mammoliti will chair community development and recreation, and Denzil Minnan-Wong will chair public works.

Peter Milczyn will lead planning and growth management, while Cesar Palacio heads the licensing and standards committee, and Michael Thompson will lead the economic development committee.

Ford named Norm Kelly as the head of parks and environment. The standing committees report to city council and the chairs sit on the executive committee.

Karen Stintz has been recommended as the chair of the TTC, and Mike Del Grande was recommended as the budget committee chair by Ford.

Ford also recommended Francis Nunziata as speaker at council, followed by John Parker as deputy speaker.

During the announcement, Ford said the new team will bring respect for tax payers to city hall.

Ford and his new team will take office on Dec. 1.
