The Leafs’ owners have 48 hours to clean up sidewalks with the hockey team’s logo on them after breaking City of Toronto bylaws, the Toronto Sun is reporting.

Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment says the advertisements painted on the street are not their fault because their third-party advertiser said it was allowed.

An MLSE spokesperson told the newspaper that the organization wouldn’t randomly paint ads on sidewalks, and it would make sure they “go by the book.”
