ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Niagara regional police say a woman found dead after a fire in St. Catharines was the victim of a homicide.
Police say the body was discovered in a basement apartment after crews extinguished a small fire on Saturday evening.
No name has been released.
Police say their investigation continues.
