A man is dead after getting into a fight in the middle of an Oakville intersection late Saturday night.
Police found the man laying on the ground at Kerr and John streets with serious injuries just after 11 p.m.
He was rushed to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital but succumbed to his injuries soon afterwards.
The intersection was expected to remain closed throughout the morning as homicide detectives comb the scene looking for evidence.
Authorities do not have any suspects in custody but will spend the day interviewing potential witnesses.
