The election is less than one week away, but there are still thousands of Canadians who are undecided as to who will get their vote. For a lot of voters, it's an issue of not being sure which party truly aligns with your values.

If you're looking for a quick way to try to figure out the issues that matter the most to you, there is a site online called TheUndecided.ca that could help.

When you arrive on the site, you'll be asked to choose answers that align with your opinions on the following issues (you can change your decisions later on if need be):

  • Kyoto
  • Health Care
  • Sovereignty
  • Accountability
  • Fuel Economy
  • Political Reform
  • Families
  • Decriminalization
  • Defense
  • Childcare
  • Same Sex Marriage

Each answer is associated with a particular party. When you choose an answer for each issue, you'll also have the option to use a status bar to determine just how important that issue is to you. Upon each change in the status bar for individual issues, you'll notice that the 11 issues are then ranked on the page. On the right-hand side, there is a percentage tally to suggest which party might be right for you on election day.

Although I'm sure that you'll want your vote to depend on more than a five-minute online survey, TheUndecided.ca is a solid place to kick start your decision. Good luck!
