TORONTO - A 16-year-old boy was arrested today on gun charges at a Toronto high school where a student was shot and killed two years ago.

Police arrested the teen this morning at C.W. Jefferys Collegiate Institute, where he is a student.

The school is the same one where 15-year-old Jordan Manners was gunned down in a hallway in May 2007.

His death led to a report being written about the level of violence in Toronto high schools.

Police say the youth faces 12 charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, careless use and storage of a firearm, and possession of a firearm obtained by commission of an offence.
