Police in Halton region have arrested two teens in connection with the murder of an Oakville man over the weekend.
Christopher Stairs, 31, got into a fight late Saturday night. He was left for dead in the middle of the intersection at Kerr and John Streets at around 11 p.m.
Police found the man and he was rushed to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. However he succumbed to his injuries soon afterwards.
An autopsy report revealed Stairs died from stab wounds.
Detectives said Monday they arrested two young men in connection with the case.
Nazir Akbari, 18, has been charged with second-degree murder. Angar Langer, 18, has been charged with being accessory after the fact.
