A male was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after he was reportedly assaulted by an assailant wielding a baseball bat in Parkdale early Saturday morning.
It happened on Queen Street west of Dufferin Street at around 2:45 a.m.
Paramedics say they were initially called to the scene for reports of two men who were assaulted, however only one was transported to hospital.
It is not known if any arrests have been made.
