Durham Regional Police say a 22-year-old man has been charged after he allegedly exposed himself to a customer in a drug store at an Oshawa mall.
According to police, the incident occurred at a Shoppers Drug Mart at the Oshawa Centre on July 3 at around 9:30 a.m.
It is reported that a 50-year-old woman was shopping at the store when a male approached her and exposed his genitals as he walked by.
Police say the suspect quickly fled the store but was later spotted on a video surveillance camera.
Investigators say Stephen Kirk, of Oshawa, has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been charged with performing an indecent act.
