A missing four-year-old boy has been located and is safe, police confirm to CP24.
Angelo Epassa was last seen Monday at 8:15 a.m. as he boarded a yellow school bus near Humberwood Boulevard and Kingsplate Crescent, northeast of Rexdale Boulevard and Highway 427.
According to police, Epassa ended up on the wrong bus and was taken to another school near Finch and Islington avenues, where he was located late Monday afternoon.
“The child was located and the funny thing is that he had a great day. He learned his French, he had a good time playing and none of the staff at the other school were aware (that he was in the wrong place) because they were expecting new students today,” Sgt. Angelo Costa told CP24 late Monday afternoon.
Epassa is a kindergarten student at St. Noel Chabanel Catholic Elementary School.
