SUDBURY, Ont. -- Ontario Provincial Police say a man has died after his car collided with a tractor-trailer in Sudbury, Ont., early Saturday morning.
Police say the man had been driving his car the wrong way in the northbound lanes of Highway 69 for about a kilometre before he collided head-on with a truck.
They say the collision happened at about 5:30 a.m.
The man, 55-year-old Richard Gravelle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the truck driver was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
