An east-end school teacher has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a female student.
The accused, who teaches at Eastdale Collegiate Institute, near Gerrard Street and Broadview Avenue, was arrested Wednesday in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old student on Feb. 8.
Police believe there may be other victims.
Nachhatar Singh, 56, of Oakville, is charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
