Toronto FC's injury woes deepened Friday with the news that midfielders Michael Bradley and Will Johnson will be out for six weeks.
Bradley, the team captain, has a knee sprain while Johnson has been diagnosed with a tibial plateau fracture.
Bradley's injury came playing for the U.S. in last Saturday's third-place match against Colombia at Copa America.
Johnson was hurt scoring the stoppage-time goal in Vancouver on Wednesday that earned Toronto the Voyageurs Cup.
Toronto has already lost goalkeeper Clint Irwin and striker Jozy Altidore to injury.
