The Riding

Windsor-Tecumseh was most recently known as Windsor – St. Clair. It has changed names several times over the years, being known as Windsor – Riverside as well as Windsor – Walkerville.

The borders encompass the town of Tecumseh and a bit of Windsor.  It stretches east and north close to the U.S. border, stretching southeast along Langlois Avenue, east along Tecumseh Road East, and southeast along Pillette Road to the southernmost part of the city.

The riding has been Liberal since 1999 and was steadily represented by Dwight Duncan who was also Ontario’s finance minister. Duncan stepped down earlier this year.
