Police say one person has been taken into custody after a man was found dead in an east-end home on Sunday morning.
Police were called to the residence on Wakunda Place near O’Connor Drive and Victoria Park Avenue at around 6:30 a.m.
According to Const. Victor Kwong, a caller initially told police that their friend was unresponsive.
When police arrived on scene, they located a deceased male.
The incident was initially treated as a medical call; however police say now say that they have classified it as a homicide.
A cause of death has not yet been determined.
