A 53-year-old Toronto pastor accused of sexually assaulting a woman during exorcisms is now facing an additional charge, Toronto police say.

Police allege that between May 2011 and May 2013, a pastor offered “spiritual guidance” sessions to the woman, which included exorcisms. During those sessions, police say the woman was sexually assaulted.

The United Spiritual Baptist Church pastor is also accused of convincing the woman to give him money and property, according to police.

Police say Wayne Marlon Jones, of Ajax, was previously charged with sexual assault and three counts of fraud over $5,000 and on Monday, Jones was rearrested and charged with another count of sexual assault.

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday morning.
