Police have identified the man shot and killed early Sunday outside a Keele Street restaurant in North York.
The victim is 29-year-old Andre Daley of Toronto and an autopsy confirms the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds to the body.
Daley was one of five men hit in a drive-by shooting on Keele Steet, north of Sheppard Avenue.
Police are asking for help locating an older model, dark blue or dark green van with missing or damaged windows, and a damaged rear taillight.
